Job Description / Responsibility

Department/ Role overview: To plan, own and execute IT technical projects from overall perspective to ensure identification of risks, issues, and inter-dependencies and mitigation through proper actionable responsibility matrix with follow up. This role will ensure all running IT projects meets their timeliness and committed deliveries at any given point of time through due diligence with individual project managers.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible as a technical lead for running complex programs and projects where primary responsibilities will include handling tasks that are interdependent and involved in designing and development.
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, interdependency among projects, risks, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of all on-going IT projects.
• Responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of all running IT projects by collaborating with individual project managers.
• Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given IT project considering the big picture and manages the system development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing and acceptance of an IT system and/or application to the operation responsible.
• Ensure project governance for all IT related projects in ESS domain.

Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements : B.Sc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent

Experience Requirements : 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in relevant field
• Self driven
• Team oriented, Pro-active, accurate and flexible
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
