• The Free Facebook offer running from September 15, 2014 until further notice.
• During the campaign period, GP customers will be able to browse Facebook for FREE for 18 hours daily – starting from 12am midnight to 6 pm in the evening.
• Facebook access will be FREE through all Facebook Applications (Java, Android, iOS, Windows Phone), Opera Mini and all other non-proxy browsers for both desktop/laptop & mobile.
• Data charges will be applicable if customers click on links, photos, videos & games stored outside Facebook.com domain. FREE Facebook is limited to Facebook browsing only and through the aforementioned methods.
• Customers may be charged for Facebook data usage if they use proxy based browsers since Grameenphone will not be able to detect and recognize Facebook traffic through those proxy-based servers.
• Customers may see a warning message from Facebook when they move away from Facebook domain. The warning message is provided by Facebook and is not controlled by Grameenphone. Customers may see the warning message even after 6 pm when the daily free period will be over; customers however will have the option to turn off the warning message.
• Customers need to be active in any of the Grameenphone data packages to avail this FREE Facebook offer.
• Customers are requested to disconnect their Facebook sessions during the free boundary period (before 12 midnight & before 6 pm) to avoid any charging discrepancy.
